1. Acceptance and no-login access

These Terms govern use of the Tripvanto mobile application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.

The current release is designed for use without mandatory Tripvanto user registration. Access may still depend on the selected museum, content availability, device permissions or internet connection.

2. App functions

Depending on the version and museum configuration, the app may include exhibits, audio guides, an AI assistant, restaurants and places, nearby discovery, maps, quizzes, quests, background sounds, museum news, offers, rewards, relics, favorites and other travel or museum functions.

Some features may be added, changed, suspended or removed. Product roadmaps and planned functions are not guarantees of availability.

3. AI content

AI-generated answers are provided for informational and visitor-assistance purposes. Tripvanto aims to use approved and verified source material where available, but AI output may contain errors or may not reflect the latest information.

Do not rely on AI output as medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety-critical or other professional advice. For museum rules, opening hours, prices, transport, safety restrictions and other time-sensitive information, verify important details with the relevant official source.

4. User conduct

• use the app lawfully and without infringing the rights of others; • do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, exploit vulnerabilities or introduce malicious code; • do not use the AI assistant to submit unlawful content or confidential third-party information without authority; • do not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit protected app elements except where permitted by law.

5. Content and intellectual property

Tripvanto software, design, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to Tripvanto. Museum content, images, audio, trademarks and other third-party materials may belong to the relevant museum, creator or rights holder.

The app grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Favorites, progress and local data

The no-login release may allow a user to mark exhibits, places or restaurants as liked or favorite and to store quiz, quest or reward progress. Availability and persistence depend on the technical implementation.

Clearing app data, reinstalling the app or changing devices may remove locally stored data unless a server-side anonymous storage mechanism is enabled.

7. Third-party services

The app may show or link to third-party maps, ticketing, restaurants, attractions, websites or other services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Tripvanto is not responsible for third-party availability, transactions or content except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Availability and changes

The app is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Connectivity, museum systems, third-party services, operating-system changes or maintenance may affect availability.

9. Privacy

Information handling is described in the applicable Tripvanto Privacy Policy. The current no-login model does not mean that all app technical data is automatically anonymous.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tripvanto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable AIFC law and any mandatory consumer or data-protection law that applies to the user. A mandatory local right is not waived by these Terms.

12. Google Play-specific terms

Google is not responsible for the Tripvanto app or its content except as provided by Google Play's applicable terms. Google Play billing, refunds or other Google services, if later enabled, are subject to the applicable Google terms.
